The Parent Teacher Association (PTA) of College of Engineering Muttathara actively provides financial assistance and support to improve the facilities and academic standards within the institution.Under the patronage of the PTA, various developmental programs are regularly conducted, including short-term workshops, technical training, counseling sessions, and the enhancement of co-curricular and extra-curricular activities for both students and staff.

The best student in each engineering discipline is recognized and awarded by the PTA. In association with the Rotary Club of Trivandrum West, a free medical camp was organized, alongside the distribution of essential study materials to underprivileged students in nearby schools.
Regular meetings are convened to discuss matters essential to the smooth functioning of the college. The association serves as a collaborative forum for parents and teachers, fostering meaningful interaction to continuously improve academic facilities and standards.
The Executive Committee convened 5 meetings to address and resolve institutional developmental matters. Over ₹2,00,000 was utilized from the PTA fund to purchase essential facilities, support student transportation, and fund student empowerment programs. An Online General Body meeting was hosted on December 12, 2020, to present the chartered audit statements and elect new office bearers.
